MeditationJust remembering to breathe can be an enormous gift to ourselves. What helps me remember is taking some time for myself each day to meditate, to strengthen my sense of presence, my ability to return to the present moment after getting distracted or reactive, to practice being kinder to myself.
This serves as a grounding in my deepest values for the rest of the day.
