PM Modi should intervene

The Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao has urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to intervene in the issues that are troubling both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh state.  After the cabinet meeting, KCR held a press meet and fired at AP CM Chandrababu Naidu regarding the power crisis. With figures of power supply, KCR said Telangana got 82 million units shortage and clarified that at any cost power production in Srisailam will not be stopped.

“According to the G.O 834, issued by then chief minister of United AP, Chandrababu, power will be produced in Srisailam and there is no question of going back. Chandrababu is firm to make Telangana, a dry state and so he is doing every possible thing to stop power supply to Telangana,” said KCR. He also alleged that Chandrababu warned Hinduja to stop electricity supply to Telangana and welcomed his challenge of open debate either in Abids or in Vijayawada.

Finally, KCR urged PM Modi to intervene in the issue and make sure that AP government is implementing the AP Reorganisation Law as per the rules.

We have to see how Telangana TDP leaders and AP CM will respond to KCR's claims.
