Did not take break for 15 mins: Modi

It was a jubilant event at Madison square garden, New York and the entire US was looking at Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi who delivered one of the historic speeches ever by a foreign statesmen. In his 75 minute long speech, Modi said he did not take even 15 minutes break since taking charge as the Prime Minister. Modi succeeded in winning the hearts of NRIs and this will be the first step to bring investments in India for the course of next five years.

The Indian PM hailed the IT revolution that was brought by Indians across the globe and added “Now, we play with mouse, not snakes. The world no longer sees us as the land of snake charmers.” Taking the election campaign words of  “good governance” Modi assured the change that people of India want and said his government will be 100 per cent successful in fulfilling the aspirations of the people.

Modi carried the just launched “Make In India” campaign in his speech, he said, “We have given importance to skill development, created a separate Ministry for the purpose.” The Indian PM did not forget to mention from where he came, his background and now his current position and said, “I am a common man with small ideas. I'm a tea seller but I was thought about bigger dreams. They made me, what I'm today.”

The Madison square garden was a packed house and people gathered outside the venue to too. Large screens were arrange for people who are could not make it through the venue.

Narendra Modi concluded his speech with rising the slogan “Bharat Mata Ki Jai.”
