Loksatta party Chief Jaya Prakash Narayan was caught by the camera while he was sleeping in the Assembly.  

But in fact it is not an Assembly Session in which he dozed.  It was a seminar organized by ICRISAT in the Assembly in which the Speaker and Members of the Assembly attended.  As the subject was not of their interest for some of them, it is but natural to their minds to be lulled to throw them into a peaceful slumber.

And JP was not alone in it.  There was a communal snooze to send everyone to cut off from the world to slip into his own.  Many MLAs followed suit.  

ICRISAT is a non-profit organization engaged in the research in agriculture.  They were presenting some revelations in their research.  They enthusiastically revealing their achievements but it did not interest some as it is evident.
