Former Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy's widow, YSR Congress party honorary president and Pulivendula MLA YS Vijayamma  speaking in the Assembly, questioned the Government on various issues. She expected the response from the concerned Minister regarding the implementation of Aarogya sri programme.

She further questioned the Government why the students are not provided Fee Reimbursement?why the Handloom weavers and the Agriculture totally neglected in the state?She expressed her agitation over all these issues.

She remembered the YSR Government Regime and stated that the Government then worked for the welfare of the peope .

She spoke for about 15 Minutes on various issues which gained the praises of other party MLA’s even.

On Saturday February 11th , she  wrote a letter to Legislative Assembly Speaker Nadendla Manohar raising questions about the constitution of House Committee on land allotments and she suspected the constitution of the House Committee was aimed at tarnishing the image of former chief minister and her late husband YS Rajasekhara Reddy.

In her letter, she Questioned the morality of ordering probe against a departed leader, she alleged that the Congress and Telugu Desam Party were hand-in-glove against the YSR Congress party and that was the reason why the committee was formed without clear terms of reference.

She also said that the TDP Government did land allotments for Krishnapatnam and Gangavaram ports, Shamshabad airport, Emaar, Raheja and other companies. Therefore, the real truth will come out if the land allotments since 1994 are probed, she said in her letter.
