12 AP pilgrims injured in Jharkand accident

12 AP pilgrims injured in Jharkand accident 30 people, including 12 persons belonging to Mutyalampadu area of Vijayawada, are seriously injured in a road accident in Jharkand state this morning.

The accident occurred when a truck collided head on with the bus carrying the pilgrims who are returning from the pilgrim centre Badarinath. Reports said the accident took place at Dilrung on NH 33 in Saraikela District.

All the injured persons are being treated at the Tata Hospital and MGM Hospital in Jamshedpur, according to police.
