Former Union Minister and Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad is likely to become the leader of opposition in the Rajya Sabha. Congress high command is in thoughts of awarding Azad the leader of oppsition to tackle the government in Parliament. Azad represents Rajya Sabha from Jammu & Kashmir state.
