Date locked for RRR Digital Premiere:- RRR happens to be one of the biggest hits of Indian cinema and the film stands next to Baahubali: The Conclusion in India. RRR is still having a decent box-office run in the country and the makers wanted to release the film on digital platforms only after RRR completes 50 days of the theatrical run. There are rumors about the digital streaming date of the film is locked. RRR will stream on May 20th in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages. The film will be available on Zee 5 for all the South Indian languages and for the Hindi version, RRR will be available on Netflix. RRR is made on a budget of Rs 450 crores and the makers recovered the entire budget through the non-theatrical rights and the Hindi theatrical deals. SS Rajamouli and his team pocketed huge profits through RRR. NTR and Ram Charan played Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetharama Raju in RRR and Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris, Samuthirakani, Rajeev Kanakala played other important roles. DVV Danayya is the producer of RRR. The makers will make an official announcement about the digital streaming date of RRR very soon.

Sequel for F3 Loading:- Talented director Anil Ravipudi directed successful films in the past and he is busy promoting his upcoming film F3, the sequel for his super hit film F2. Venkatesh, Varun Tej, Tamannaah and Mehreen played the lead roles in this fun franchise. The movie is made on a budget of Rs 80 crores and it is announced for May 27th release. The film has a bunch of top rated actors in various roles. Dil Raju produced F3 and Devi Sri Prasad composed the music and background score. The trailer of F3 will be out on May 9th. Anil Ravipudi is now penning the script of the sequel for F3. The film's fate completely depends on the result of F3. Anil Ravipudi is done with the idea and the final decision would be taken right after the release of F3. The film will happen after two years as the actors and Anil Ravipudi are busy with other projects lined up. Venkatesh and Varun Tej will kick-start the promotions of F3 from the mid of this month. Anil Ravipudi will soon direct Nandamuri Balakrishna in his next film and the shoot will start in September.

Early Digital Streaming for Acharya:- Megastar Chiranjeevi is on a roll and he has several films lined up and the veteran actor is working without breaks for the films. His recent release Acharya tanked badly at the box-office and is declared as a box-office dud. Koratala Siva directed this action entertainer and Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan played the lead roles. The film's theatrical run will come to an end in its first week and the distributors will face huge losses. Koratala Siva and his team decided to bail out the distributors and they would receive a compensation soon. With the theatrical run coming to an end in first week, the makers decided to head for an early digital streaming. The movie will stream on Amazon Prime from May 20th in all the languages. Chiranjeevi is off to USA and he will return back to the country in a month. Ram Charan flew down to Vizag and the next schedule of Shankar's film will start from tomorrow. RBI hikes Repo rate by 40 bps:- In a key announcement, Reserve Bank of India Governor Shaktikanta Das said that the key interest rate is increased by 40 basis points to 4.40 percent immediately. The key decision was taken by the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of the Central Bank meeting that was held between May 2nd and 4th. Shaktikanta Das said that the decision was taken in the view of the rising inflation, huge crude oil prices, geo-political tensions and the shortage of the basic commodities globally. He said that they had an impact on the Indian economy. Shaktikanta Das said that RBI will always continue to remain accommodative. Shaktikanta Das addressed the media for half-an-hour and he said that the food inflation is expected to be high as there is a global shortage for wheat. He said that the oil prices soared up because of the Russia and Ukraine war. There are export restrictions on many major producing countries and the prices of the essential commodities have reached high. The RBI also decided to hike the CRR by 50 basis points and this will withdraw Rs 87,000 crores from the banking system. The average surplus liquidity in the banking system is at over Rs 7 lakh crores in April told Shaktikanta Das.

Heavy Rain Lashes Hyderabad:- A sudden and surprising rain lashed the Telangana capital, Hyderabad and its neighbouring regions during the early hours of today. The people were relieved with the rain after the heatwave has been leaving them struggling. There was a huge waterlogging in the parts of Secunderabad, Malkajgiri, Seetharampura and Begumpet. The people of the capital woke up to relief from the scorching heat. The officials of the GHMC are working hard to clear the waterlogged regions in the morning after the rainfall ended. The temperatures in the city came down significantly and some of the regions witnessed power cuts because of the harsh wind along with the rain. Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS), Seethafalmandi near Secunderabad reported 72.8 mm of rainfall till morning. Bansilalpet and West Marredpally reported 67 mm and 61.8 mm respectively. The highest rainfall reported in state was in Habshipur of 108 mm. Disaster Response Force (DRF) teams of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) are in action to clear the water stagnation. There were tree falls in several regions of the city. Telangana's Sircilla Textile Park reopens today:- The units in the Sircilla Textile Park were not operational and the units resumed work today after the talks between the Sircilla Textile Park Unit Owners’ association and Handlooms and Textiles officials were successful. Telangana IT Minister KTR's personal aide D Srinivas was present to resolve the issue and the talks were completed on a happy note on Monday. The people have been left in huge losses because of which the shutters were closed. 1500 workers are left jobless because of the move. KTR resolved the issue on Monday after the officials visited and initiated talks. The owners of the textile units demanded a reimbursement of Rs 14.666 crores which was pending for the past six years. The workers wanted the looms modernized and new steps to establish new units. The Telangana government will issue the orders for the same very soon. The government consented to their demands and the owners decided to call off the strike. Soon they organized ksheerabhishekam for the flexis of KCR and KTR at the main gate of the Sircilla Textile Park. The owners are now demanding a waiver of the five percent GST on the textile sector. They want the local MP and BJP leader Bandi Sanjay to take the issue to the Centre. Sircilla Textile Park Unit Owners’ association are also demanding to restore 30 percent subsidy for the technology degradation. They demanded the Centre to set up a Yarn Bank for the power loom modernization.
