Family of missing woman gets SMS on her death

A sister residing in the United States of America received a shock when she got SMS from her 26-year-old sister's  mobile stating that she was killed. The message was sent from the mobile phone of one Rajwinder Kaur to her sister Gurpreet on Sunday. This was the SMS received: The girl with this phone is dead, was smiling. Although this message was taken seriously bt Gurpreet, she started worrying since there was no response from her sister and she didn't turn up. She immediately informed the parents who approached the police.

According to Gurpreet, her sister left the home in Queen of New York at around 8 PM on Sunday stating that she wanted to take part in some charity work.  The brother-in-law of Rajwinder has told the media that he knew Kaur very well and something untoward must have taken place. May be she met some cracked person, he added. The police, who plunged into the action, have traced the phone and found it was in Brookly and it was switched off.

The police said they would get some clue about the episode once they get access to Kaur's emails. Right now they are waiting for the warrant to search the emails of the missing woman. The family of Kaur announced a cash reward of $1000 to those who inform the whereabout of missing Rajwinder Kaur. The family described her as a girl with medium complexion and 5-foot-three-inch tall.
