Wrath of Passengers Kills Railway TTE

A Railway TTE (Travel Ticket Examiner) Sanjeevaiah breathed his last at Mantralaym when the passengers vent their anger on him for the Railway's poor service.

An AC bogie in the train from Chennai to Shirdi via Dharamavaram and Guntakal was not having water when it reached Guntakal and the fact was reported to the TTE by the passengers. TTE informed the Guntakal railway service about it. But as the train was on Platform No. 1 they could not fill water in the bogie.  Then the TTE assured the passengers that water filling will be done at Mantralayam.

When that promise also could not be fulfilled by the TTE, the passengers resorted to physical brawl with him in which the TTE was killed.
