Revanth Reddy conducts a Review Meeting on Irrigation Projects:- Telangana's Chief Minister, A Revanth Reddy, has directed the State Irrigation department to provide a comprehensive report on the irrigation projects within the state. Emphasizing the importance of transparency, the CM conducted a review meeting at his residence with the Irrigation minister, N Uttam Kumar Reddy, and Agriculture minister, Thummala Nageshwar Rao, to discuss matters pertaining to the Agriculture and Irrigation sectors.

During the meeting, the CM requested officials to furnish information on the progress, costs, and impact of irrigation projects completed between 1956 and 2014, as well as those planned from 2014 to 2023. It was stressed that the public should have access to the guidelines associated with each project, and that detailed statistics should be compiled for all initiatives. The CM also warned officials of severe consequences should they attempt to conceal project details from the public, reiterating the government's commitment to transparency in all matters.

In order to uphold transparency and keep the public informed, it was instructed by the Chief Minister that officials should compile a comprehensive report on irrigation projects, detailing the progress of ongoing works. This report should be submitted to the government as soon as possible. The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari, Raghunandan Rao, Seshadri, and other officials.
