Tenth Class Student burnt alive, AP Law & Order completely failed: CBN:- In a shocking incident, a class ten boy was burnt alive in Bapatla district, Andhra Pradesh on Friday. A group of boys poured petrol on U Amarnath (15yrs) and set him on fire, while he was on his way to tuition. After hearing the boy’s cries, locales rushed the boy to Government general hospital. On his way to the hospital, the boy gave his statement to the police that Venkateswara Reddy was responsible for the attack. Amarnath’s grandfather Reddaiah stated that the boy once attacked the Venkateshwar as he was harassing his sister. Amarnath also found that he was roaming outside his sister’s college. Police registered the case and the investigation is going on.

TDP leader Nara Chandrababu Naidu responded to the issue. He mentioned that law and order in Andhra Pradesh have been miserably failed. He took his Twitter and wrote, “A gruesome incident that has shaken our souls. 15-year-old Amarnath of Uppalavaripalem in Bapatla was burnt alive for standing up against criminals harassing his sister, reportedly a minor. Is this the Andhra Pradesh you want your children to grow up in? YS Jagan used DISHA Act as a PR prop while failing miserably in his duty to protect the women of Andhra Pradesh. As a result, criminals have felt increasingly emboldened and have been harassing women across the state. Such is the state of law and order today that criminals can fearlessly burn brothers alive for fighting for their sister's dignity. There's a complete breakdown of law and order in the state.
