There is a good news for students who are waiting for EAMCET-2016 counselling. The state government has decided to hold the second counselling on July 23. After the completion of the National Institute of Technology and IIIT counselling on July 19, AP EAMCET counselling will be held.

Initially, counselling was to be held on July 15. Officials of various universities decided to hold counselling only after NIT counselling.

For the last two years, many of the university seats and engineering colleges seats remained vacant, as the rankers chose to shift to national institutes.

Now the government has decided to hold counselling on July 23, 24 and 25. Following the present decision, though those who got ranks in national institutes would leave these colleges, the next rank students will get admission, in second counselling.
