Allahabad court accepted the case, that was filed, alleging Rahul Gandhi, a traitor, upon supporting JNU students and conducting a meeting in the campus.
Additional chief judicial magistrate Sushil Kumar, sought the court to accept the petition, according to IPC section 200.
No-one has been blamed so much, as Rahul Gandhi has, in the recent times. With the intention of performing the duty of opposition leader, he went on opposing the Centre, for every issue that went viral, be it HCU dalit student suicide issue or the ongoing JNU issue.
Regardless of the sensitiveness of the issue, Pappu is continuously backing every single issue that is against Centre. When HCU student suicide issue was about to calm down, Rahul Gandhi visited the campus for the second time, with the intention of heating up the issue.
As Rahul Gandhi’s intention was found clear, he had to receive several criticisms, not just from the opposition parties, but even from the normal public.
It seems, Pappu was not happy with the level of criticism from HCU and so now earned fresh criticism, supporting JNU students in the ongoing JNU issue.
While Siachen soldier issue moved the entire country and several biggies came forward and responded to it, the legendary Pappu was nowhere seen. As per his logic, there is nothing to corner the Centre in that issue, so he might have preferred to stay calm, instead of coming under the sun, for the issue, which benefits him nothing.
He even tried to blame ‘Make in India’, ‘Swachh Bharat’ and several other programmes of BJP government, but Rahul Gandhi continuously received the blows from the public, along with the opposition parties.
This time, it seems, the impact is big. While nationwide biggies are against JNU incident and even Ratan Tata said that Tata groups is not going to offer jobs to the students from JNU, Rahul Gandhi supporting the students by holding the meeting in JNU campus has jolted him back.
Ram Dev Baba already called Rahul a traitor and putting a step further, BJP MLA from Rajasthan, Kailash Chaudhary said Rahul Gandhi should be hanged for his anti-national activities.
Many other biggies are opening up their voice against Rahul and in a situation like this, it should be seen, how and when Rahul Gandhi would come out of the sensitive issue.
