5 year kid murdered as per human sacrifice ritual

On Wednesday, a five year old year old kid was murdered allegedly by a man in Prakasham district, as per his beliefs over some human sacrifice rituals.

A man named Tirumala Rao was performing some rituals, for which he was in a bad need of a human being to kill and accomplish his ritual. For this, he took a five year kid from a child care centre to his home, where he is performing the ritual. As per his beliefs, he cut the kid's head and collected the blood into a vessel and sprinkled all over his house.

Meanwhile, the mother of the kid went to the child care centre and upon knowing that her child was taken by Rao, she accompanied the villagers to Rao's house. Upon reaching Rao's house, they found it locked. But the villagers broke the lock and spotted the kid's dead body in the house.
The villagers and kid's mother, who could not take this, thoroughly searched for Rao and found him. Then they tied him to a pole and bet severely. Not stopping there, the villagers set Rao ablaze, after pouring the kerosene.

Meanwhile, the officials came to know about the issue and rushed to the spot and rescued Rao. He was immediately taken to the local hospital and from there shifted to Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) in Ongole, the district headquarters, for the better treatment.

On the other side, the police reached up to the villagers and inquired about the incident. A case as filed over Rao and the investigation is still on. The facts in the villagers allegations on Rao can be found out, after Rao comes to the normal position.

One side, the world is getting advanced in man issues, including our country, but superstitious beliefs like the human sacrifice rituals above, are unfortunately not able to completely leave the people.
