40 more ‘Rythu Bazaars’ will be set up in various parts of Andhra Pradesh in the future, said agriculture minister Prathipati Pulla Rao.

Pulla Rao inaugurated a Rythu Bazaar in Chilakaluripet town yesterday, which was modernized at the cost of Rs 38 lakh. He said that, there are already 83 Rythu Bazaars in the state and the government is planning to set up new 40 modern Rythu Bazaars in AP soon.

“The reason behind establishing Rythu bazaars and strengthening is, only with the intention of providing the fresh vegetables, for the people, at low prices and also to benefit the farmers,” the minister said.

“Not stopping there, to reduce the burden on the families because of the high prices, the government took the process of distribution of onions and turmeric to the customers,” Prathipati added.

Farmers are cooperating with the land pooling - Prathipati Pulla Rao

Land pooling of the Andhra Pradesh, is not heard much after Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan warned AP government not to force the farmers. In fact, Andhra Pradesh government responded positively towards Pawan Kalyan and said that, it would not force any farmers for land pooling, and take the lands only if they are willing to give them.

Reacting about the land pooling, Prathipati said that, farmers in the capital region were expressing willingness to part with their lands to the government, through the land pooling scheme. He even assured to resolve the village boundaries issue as early as possible.

On the other side, the recent comments of Congress leader Anam Vivekananda Reddy about the rapport between Andhra Chief Minhster and Pawan Kalyan went viral and the political analysts even could not just deny Anam comments.
