Ashok Gajapathi Raju donated 400 acres

Pusapati Ashok Gajapathy Raju is from royal family and younger son of Vizaianagarm. His family is known for all charities in northern coastal Andhra districts that includes Simhachalam Temple and running for MANSAS trust. The trust runs many educational institutions that help to the poor people. Now their family would cross another mile stone in charities. Ashok Gajapathy Raju was elected to the Assembly 7 times from Vizaianagaram Segment and first time elected to the Parliament from Vizaianagaram. On recommendations of CBN, Narendra Modi took Raju into his cabinet for Civil Aviation.

As part of the development and establishing of new Universities, NDA Government wants to establish Tribal University in the State. Both Central Government and State Governments are in search for suitable land for the establishment of Tribal University. It requires 400 acres of land for establishing. Interestingly, Ashok Gajapathy Raju has come forward to give 400 acres of Land from his MANSAS Trust for Tribal University. His initiative may speed up the development of this project and helps many the people of the State. This is not the first time that Ashok donates his land for educational institutions. Ashok inspected his lands along with officials during his recent visit to his Constituency.
