Case against Jagan For Insulting National Anthem

A case on the YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan is booked at Saroornagar police station according to the directions from the Court.

The charge is that the National Anthem Jana Gana Mana was wrongly sung on Samaikya Sankharavam meeting conducted by YS Jagan on October 26, 2013 at LB Stadium, Hyderabad.

The meeting was successful with the people supporting Samaikyandhra overflew the venue.  The masses responded well to the Jagan’s speech but at the end of it National Anthem was started by Jupudi Prabhakar was not followed by the leaders on the dais.  Jagan also kept silent after initial following of three lines.  Even the leaders joined it pronounced wrongly.

For insulting the National Anthem in the public a Telangana lawyer filed a case against Jagan in the Saifabad police station.

Ironically YS Jagan mentioned about Vande Mataram and national anthem in his speech.  For the complaints on insulting the national anthem Jupudi Prabhakar said that it was fault of the mikes that made confusion. But as the video clearly shows that the national anthem was not respected by the leaders of YSRCP include its President YS Jagan, the court ordered Saroornagar Police station to book case against Jagan.
