Cyclone Warning Center of Indian Meteorological Department, Visakhapatnam warns as follows:

"Weather warning for fishermen for Andhra coast valid for next 24 hours commencing from 1800 hrs IST of 19.11.2013: Under the influence of depression over WEST CENTRAL BAY OF BENGAL , lay centered at about 430 km southeast of Vishakhapatnam by forenoon of today strong surface winds from northeasterly direction speed reaching forty five (45) to fifty five kmph gusting to sixty five (65) kmph likely along and off coastal Andhra Pradesh. Fishermen are advised not to venture into sea and those who are at sea are advised to return to coast."

The depression in the morning at 430 km from Vizag is expected to get intensified and to travel towards North West.  It is estimated that the depression will cross the coast of Bay of Bengal between Chennai and Ongole on 21st night.  There is a possibility of rain in coastal Andhra which may be heavy rains in some of the places.

First warning will be given to all ports tomorrow.
