The Indian Army launched a website for the updates on Uttarakhand rescue operation updates which will be useful to the persons connected to the flood victims.
The website contains information about the rescue operations where it is going on, persons rescued, helpline numbers and other related things. It also gave a search option under 'Find your loved one'.
The data received from the deployed troops and the administration of the State of Uttarakhand will be used from time to time to update the webpage as it claims.
The web page is updating with the photos and recent information with a disclaimer that the information is not final but only an updating takes place on the basis of the information received on regular basis and also that the information is dependent on the data received from the State Administration and deployed troops in the flood effected area.
