TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu's padayatra has entered its ninth day today in Anantapur district. The yatra has been well-received by the public. Today, Babu's yatra reached Belagappa mandal. Chandrababu Naidu spoke to the public in Shirpi village today. Mr. Babu vowed that TDP would give Rs.1500 monthly pensions to the physically challenged and stipends would be given to the unemployed youth in case it forms the government in 2014. Also, he promised that he would thrive for setting up industries  for washing out unemployment. Further, he had one on one dialogue with students and women.

It may be recalled that Chandrababu Naidu started his padayatra Vatunna Meekosam on October 2. In his yatra, he met n number of poor people, mingled with them, heard their problems and even apparently wiped their tears. Babu long back completed his 100 kilometre walk milestone.
