Vijayamma questions govt on fee reimbursement

YSRC honorary president Y S Vijayamma, who undertook a deeksha two days ago at Indira Park of Hyderabad, has today concluded her protest. She has said that late YSR's aim was to provide fee reimbursement to all eligible students. She ended her two-day fast by drinking lemon juice handed over to her by two girl students.  After breaking the fast, Vijayamma has said that YS Rajashekara Reddy has introduced fee reimbursement scheme with a noble cause to ensure that poverty doesn't become a hurdle to economically poor students.

Addressing the gathering, Vijayamma has questioned as to why government was unable to implement the welfare scheme introduced by YS Rajashekara Reddy. She has even questioned whether public welfare was not the duty of the government. She vented out her anger at the government stating that the government was collecting crores of rupees towards taxes and was back tracking in providing fee reimbursements to students.
