The dead body of Mr Kismat Das, who was killed by blacks in the US on Jan 5, was brought to his residence at Ekasila Nagar in Warangal this morning. Friends and relatives have made arrangements for his funeral.
Mr Das was killed by some unidentified blacks at a petrol bunk in New Jersey when he resisted their attempts to rob the gas station. He was fired at from close range and he was immediately rushed to a hospital. Das succumbed to his injuries in the hospital after two days.
Mr Das left for the US three years ago and worked in a petrol bunk till he was shot dead by the blacks last week.
The wife of Das and his three children were in a state of shock and were weeping uncontrollably. Neighbors and friends are trying to console them. (JUBS)
