CM proceeds today to launch Racha Banda in Medak district

The Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy is to formally launch Racha Banda in Medak District today. CM is going by a special helicopter from Begumpet at 11.30 AM and shall first reach at 12 noon Borancha village in Manuru Mandalam of the district. He shall be meeting officials and village representatives which shall culminate into the formal launch of the program, at the district. During the programs he shall formally lay foundations to Panchayati Raj, Village water supply, Electricity departments works in the process. The estimated fund allocation for the projects are slated at a costing of Rs. 35.84 Cr. Apart from these CM shall also inaugurate various other schemes to the tune of Rs. 16.93 Cr as a part of the welfare schemes for the district.

It may be noted that the CM launched the Racha Banda program, yesterday in the Telangana region from Ranga Reddy District. . The highlights of the program was allotment of ration cards to 2,20,969 eligible families, 20,894 were sanctioned pension and about 18,000 Indiramma houses were sanctioned. CM also inaugurates project costing 8.25 Cr for the construction of 33 Stree Shakthi buildings.
