Advocate Sri Ranga Rao has filed a protest petition in the ACB court of Hyderabad today expressing his displeasure over the court giving a clean chit to the former Chief Minister K. Rosaiah in the Ameerpet land allotment scam.
Observing that the ACB officials have submitted the final report to the court without properly examining the proof submitted by him in support of his allegations against Rosaiah, the advocate said that the ACB didn’t conduct a full-fledged investigation into the charges.
“Giving a clean chit to Rosaiah without a proper inquiry is not correct,” said the lawyer in his protest petition and asked the court to order a fresh inquiry.It may be mentioned that the anti-corruption court had given a clean chit to Rosaiah a few days ago in the case related to the Ameerpet land allotment scam. The case was filed by Mr Sri Ranga Rao.
