A Woman in Russia had lost her cool and killed her husband as he forgot her birthday and returned home without bringing her a present.

Lyalya Tupikova, 45, told the Daily Mail that her husband, Khalpik had forgotten her birthday. Khalpik who returned from his office in Astrahan, southern Russia, didn't remember his wife's birthday and little did he know she was fuming with anger about his obliviousness. He had not taken home a bunch of flowers or a present which the loving wife was expecting.

Tupikova, had set out a candlelight dinner for his husband to spend the night on her birthday but Khalpik had disappointed her. In the middle of the dinner when she could no longer control her rage, she lost her cool and seized a kitchen knife on the table stabbing her husband to death.

Khalpik who was wounded slightly above the heart collapsed and died immediately after.
