Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will face trial next month on a homicide charge for a deadly road accident beyond 10 years in the past. As a matter of fact one man was dead at the same time four people have experienced injury when Khan drove his car into a group of homeless people sleeping on a Mumbai sidewalk in September 2002. Further, it was expressed by Mr Abha Singh, a lawyer involved in the case that the court charged Khan characterized by culpable homicide not in significance to murder. Khan could face up to 10 years in jail if it impress with a sense of guilt. Mr Singh said on Wednesday that the court also imposed Khan with lazily careless driving as well as causing outrageous hurt to the victims.
