Revamp of central cabinet

The central cabinet has been reshuffled. While several ministers resigned to work for the Congress party, some new faces were inducted into the cabinet and a few members got elevated. As many as 22 leaders would swear in today. According to the sources, these are the portfolios that leaders are going to get or lose.

Manish Tiwari, Deepa Dasmunsi, Chiranjeevi, Adhir Chowdhary, Manish Tiwari, Killi Kruparani, Kotla Suryaprakash Reddy, Balaram Nayak, Sarvey Satyanarayana are going to be inducted into the cabinet. Chiranjeevi is going to take over as the Minister of State (MoS) for tourism ministry (independent charge), Deepa Das Munsi is going to get MoS portfolio and other new members are also going to get minister of state portfolios except Manish Tiwari who would apparently get minister of information and broadcasting. Salman Khurshid is likely to become foreign minister while RahmaN to become minority affairs minister, Kamal Nath is likely to take over the parliamentary affairs portfolios, Veerappa Moily is going to lose additional power ministry, Ashwani Kumar is likely to get law ministry while Kapil Sibal is going to lose HRD and retain telecom ministry.
