Neethane En Ponvasantham has been a massive hit, songs-wise and the movie, sources said is shooting the last bits of the movie today. The directorial by Gautham Menon would start Jiiva and Samantha.
The shooting of the song Pudilake Mamae would be done at the SSN College today which would also mark the end of the shooting for the movie. After wrapping up the sets, the actual work would continue to get the movie into the final form.
With excellent songs from Ilaiyaraaja, the expectations from the romantic movie are already very high. The response for the audio is overwhelming and we would have to wait until December to know whether the movie will fare the same rave reviews.
The movie features Jiiva as Varun Krishnan, Samantha as Nithya Vasudevan and Santhanam as Mahesh. Both Anupama Kumar and Ravi Prakash would also be seen in major roles.
The romantic movie is a bilingual with Tamil and Telugu. The Telugu version of the movie would be titled Yeto Vellipoyindi Manasu as Nani would take the helm as the protagonist.
