Kumari 21F Story
Kumari (Heebah Patel) is a bold girl, who does very bold things like drinking alcohol. She even stands along with the sex workers on the roadside, just to know about her rate. This range of bold girl falls in love with Siddhu (Raj Tarun).
Siddhu is a friend of a thieves gang, who involves in stealing the money from ATMs, raping women and shooting it as video and blackmailing for money.
Siddhu aims to do job in Singapore, after completing diploma in catering. Along with Siddhu, Kumari drinks alcohol, kisses him and does everything that, makes him happy. But, Siddhu somewhere has a doubt about Kumari’s character. He tries to know whether she is virgin or not.
What did he find out finally about Kumari’s character and did the love story had a happy ending is the further story of Kumari 21f.
Kumari 21F Analysis
Introductory scenes of several characters irritate the audience mood for the first 10 minutes of the movie. Except the last 30 minutes, the entire movie has an utter slow narration. The climax is very well narrated. Helmet goes hilarious.
When Kumari 21f title gives a good romantic feeling, the hero, being friendly with the criminal gang, completely destroys the feel of the movie and diverts the hilarious youthful love story to an unknown path.
Performance
Raj Tarun and Heebah Patel have given a tremendous performance. Especially Heebah’s performance as a bold girl, is very lively and realistic.
Rock Star Devi Sri Prasad songs, is the biggest hope of the audience, to wait and watch, till the climax. All songs are well pictured with youthful elements. Ratnavelu’s camera gives the smell of a Tamil movie. The production values are rich. Editing has many flaws. Many scenes are dragged only for the length of the movie, even though they have no importance in the main plot.
Though the director is Palnati Prathap, every frame exposes Sukumar directional skills. So one can easily identify that, Sukumar is the director along with screenplay writer, producer and story writer of Kumari 21f movie, which was a severe thumbs down.
Kumari 21F Final Word
Kumari 21f is neither a full fledged love story, nor a complete action subject. I guess even makers are not aware of it. If you wanted to know the genre, please do watch.
