Gaddam Gang is the official remake of Soodhu Kavvum and to suit the taste of Telugu audience, certain changes were made. The film starts pretty good in fact and tickles us constantly. The quirky comedy is good, blended with humour. The first half is engaging and narration is also good. However, the tilt in the second half make things worst. The director fails to carry the first half momentum and eventually second half plays a spoil sport role. The film ends on an average note.
The music is okay and cinematography is good.
Rajasekhar has changed his genre and made a brave attempt with Gaddam Gang. He should be patted on the back and to his role, he did the right justice. He tried the comedy and partly succeeded in it. Sheena has female lead looks good but doesn't match with Rajasekhar at all. She oozes her glamour while her character is also interesting. Satyam Rajesh is good while music director Achu will surprise us with his performance.
Not a bad remake but narration goes wrong. Tough luck for Rajasekhar.
