Just happened to watch ‘Always Kabhi Kabhi’, yesterday. The film produced by Shah Rukh Khan, directed by a Debutant Roshan Abbas and the leading cast being the new faces, left mixed reactions on my mind. To know more, read below;
Analysis:
The film runs around four lead characters, Nandini (Zoya) who gets no attention from her working parents, Aishwarya (Giselle) who is being forced into modeling and stardom by her mother, Tariq (Satyajeet) who undergoes tremendous pressure from his father to join MIT and Sameer Khanna (Ali) who has a strict father.The story is all about all these young characters and their mental abilities that are at stake. The film has too much on the plate. It includes the struggle of teenagers, communication problems with their parents, today’s burning issues that involves teens, young college atmosphere, those entire lovey – Dovey looks and mini skirts of college girls, in the name of uniforms.The director of this film, tried to concentrate on many issues, related to the youth. As a result, the film gives much confused ending. The special appearance of Shah Rukh, at the last song, was okey. The young Actors performed their best as per their roles. The Director treated the film well, but would have concentrated on dealing with the script, more clearly.
