Director Sukumar is known for his Style of addressing any issue with a different logic that is acceptable by huge number of audience. Be it “Aarya” who says Feel my love or “Aarya – 2” who says my love is gone. Now Naga Chaitanya – Tamanna starrer 100% Love, released today, has its own points to prove the importance of “Infactuation” in “Love”. The review of the film follows:

Story:

Balu Mahendra (Naga Chaitanya) is a topper of his college. Mahalakshmi (Tamanna), his cousin comes to Balu’s house to continue her studies. She becomes a fan of her ‘Bava’ and takes his help to achieve big in studies. In this process, she exceeds Balu and becomes a Top Ranker. Balu gets deeply hurt by this and starts to find ways to defeat Maha Lakshmi. But to his surprise Ajith (Anand) stands first this time. Meanwhile Maha Lakshmi father brings her a match but she doesn’t want to marry him. Balu helps her in getting the match canceled and Mahalakshmi starts deviating Ajith from studies for the sake of Balu. When the couple is heading to fall in love, Maha Lakshmi unknowingly hurts the ego of Balu and they get separated. Now weather Balu and Maha Laxmi would get along with each other or not is to be seen on Silver Screen.

Analysis:

100% Love starts bagging the attention of the audience right from its starting credits, as Director Sukumar is famous for his way of creating the starting credits different from each movie. We suggest the audience to go for watching 100% Love with 0% expectations, as only then we can enjoy every scene in the film. The Director has managed to live up to the expectations as the way he dealt with the making of every scene is appreciating. Most of the scenes and situations are unique. The characterizations of every character in the film are pretty new and as far as Telugu cinema is concerned, no Director before projected the complex angle, at least in the character of a Main Lead.
Though the Interval bang seems a bit deviating, audience would be convinced with this point while watching the second half. Naga Chaitanya’s characterization stands to be a highlight particularly in the second half and even the Director’s perspective of dealing with the climax is unique. 100% Love is definitely a Paisa Vasool.

Performances:

Naga Chaitanya improved from his previous outings but he still needs to improve. Particularly, in the comedy and combination scenes, he has to work on his dialogue and expression timing. Even in a drunken scene, his Body language is not up to the mark. After watching chaitanya in 100% Love, some may start feeling that he is suitable only to certain jorner films, which is not a good sign for a upcoming Hero like him.

Tamanna is a good actress and she has proved her mettle yet again. Anand and Tara Alisha did their bit. Naresh is good and Dharmavarapu Subramanyam’s comedy worked.

Technicalities:

DSP’s Music and Back ground score is a Highlight. Most of the songs were situational. Dooram Dooram and Infatuation songs sound the Best. Diyyalo Diyyala is a song for mass audience. Dialogues are decent without any drama and having a complete naturality in them. Editing is to the point and up to the mark. Cinematography is classy. Even the hard work of art department is to be appreciated. Over all the movie is mainly for youth, parents and put together for family audience.

Highlights:

- Good Music
- Entertaining first half
- Elements that attract family & Youth audience

Final Word: 100% Love is definitely a family and youth entertainer. It’s a refreshing film and do not frighten the audience with suspense and thrills. In short, the movie is for all those who come to the theatre for entertainment and who chill out by doing so.
