Young Rebelstar Prabhas pinned many hopes on Saaho and the actor spent two complete years on the film. The film which released between huge expectations bombed badly at the box-office and ended up as a dud. The film which is made on a budget of Rs 350 crores left the makers and buyers in huge financial debts. Prabhas who is on a break is personally monitoring the work of his next film which is tentatively titled Jaan.

The film too is planned on a massive budget initially but Prabhas changed his mind after the disaster of Saaho. The latest update is that Prabhas asked the makers to cut down the budget by 40% than planned earlier. The film's director Radha Krishna Kumar and the makers are busy making changes and slashing down the budget. Pooja Hegde is the leading lady and the shoot starts in November. Prabhas is currently in London and he will return back during the last week of October. Gopikrishna Movies and UV Creations are producing Jaan that will release during the second half of 2020.
