Ok, We have seen her doing  quintessential Punjabi Kudi act in nearly all her films so far. The extravagant, bubbly, unapologetic or say characters having a "devil may care attitude" . But folks you'll see a brand new side of stunning Anushka Sharma doing a “different” role in the legendary director late Yash Chopra's  upcoming and final film "Jab Tak Hai Jaan".

Even the most fierce critic of this hottie must agree that if she is not great she is good indeed in bringing the characters alive. So when it is revealed that her role in the movie is of a documentary film-maker for Discovery Channel, fans couldn't have been more happier.

She plays the role of Akira who chronicles the life of Samar, an army officer played by our very own King Khan Shahrukh. More over YRF has partnered with Discovery for this new venture.

"We are honoured to have associated with one of India's foremost film stalwarts - the late Yash Chopra," Rahul Johri, senior vice president and general manager - South Asia, Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific, said in a statement.

It seems YRF is equally candid for this association as Ashish Patil, vice president, YRF says "We wanted to associate with the leading non-fiction channel and we are happy to partner with the world renowned Discovery Channel. We are certain that viewers will enjoy Anushka's refreshing character as a Discovery Channel employee .

Seems we can't just wait more for the November 13th, the releasing date since we adore and will continue adoring  Anushka... Well, Jab Tak Hain Jaan..!
