We have come to know that Super star is out of danger and needs some rest. But the Actor who equally suffered with all this news was Tollywood Hero RaNa. Reason for the Title behind Rajni tagged as Rana because, Rana is his upcoming film and on the launch day of this film itself, Rajni got admitted in the Hospital.
