Media circles are abuzz with reports that Bhanu Kiran, the suspected killer of faction leader Maddelacheruvu Suri, has expressed his willingness to surrender to the Hyderabad central crime station police (CCS). The news is he sent word today to some police officials he knows that he is ready to surrender to the investigators. The reports say he has decided to surrender as police have stepped up the pressure on his family members.
One more story doing rounds in media circles is that Bhanu was arrested today at Madhura in UP on a tip off given by his gunman Manmohan Singh and his associate Subbaiah who were already reportedly arrested by the police.
Hyderabad police officials however continued to deny or confirm that Bhnau was arrested or he volunteered to surrender.
It is said that police took into custody Manmohan and Subbaiah based on a telephone call received Mr Srikanth Goud, a lawyer-friend of Bhanu from the wife of Manmohan Singh.  Irrespective of these reports, four teams of CCS police are reportedly on the look out for Mr Bhanu Kiran in areas of UP and Delhi.
Bhanu is fully equipped with a hard cash of Rs.50 lakh with him and is on the move always to escape the police eye.
