Tollywood is gradually getting closer to Hollywood and acquiring the much needed international colour. While some top directors are going places and making the films entirely on foreign soil, some directors are roping in Hollywood and other actors setting new trends in the Tollywood.
As part of the changing times, director Pasupuleti Rama rao has reportedly decided to rope in the Irish-born British actor Michael Gambon to do an important role in his forthcoming film Kaaraalu Miriyaalu which is being dubbed as a fully romantic film.
Gambon has become very popular with Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings and has reportedly agreed to do some important scenes in the movie. Rama rao seems to be thinking of shooting the scenes involving Gambon in London and Scotland.
The makers have not yet come out with the details of the role being played by the British actor and the unit is tight-lipped about the story of the movie also. If everything goes well as per the plan of the producers and director, Kaaraalu Miriyaalu will be first movie of the Tollywood to have scenes shot in London and Scotland.
