Motion Capture Work for Adipurush begins today:- Young Rebelstar Prabhas is done with the shoot of Radhe Shyam, a romantic entertainer that will release in summer. The actor is all set to join the sets of Salaar, an action drama that will release this year. Prabhas also signed one more pan Indian film which is titled Adipurush. Om Raut is the director and Adipurush is said to a mythological drama that is inspired from Ramayana. Prabhas is said to essay the role of Lord Rama in this big-budget mythological drama. The makers today announced that the film will use the motion capture technology which is the first to be used in India.

Om Raut along with his team started capturing the episodes through the motion capture process from today. The film also will have an official launch next month. Kriti Sanon is rumored to play the leading lady in Adipurush and Saif Ali Khan essays the role of the lead antagonist. A special set is erected in a private studio in Mumbai and most of the film's shoot will take place in this set and Prabhas will wrap up his portions of the shoot in two months. Adipurush is rumored to be made on a budget of Rs 400 crores and a major budget is allocated for the VFX work. T Series and Retrophiles are the producers. Adipurush will have a pan Indian release in August 2022.
