Sonu Sood Felicitated With Special Humanitarian Award:- Talented actor Sonu Sood has done an ample number of films in Telugu, Hindi and other Indian languages. Sonu Sood is one of the highest paid character actors in the country. The other side of Sonu Sood was seen by the country after the attack of the coronavirus pandemic. The top actor donated lakhs of money for the needy and he helped lakhs of migrant workers to reach their home towns and villages safely during this pandemic time after they are left strangled in cities without food. The actor is felicitated and conferred with the Special Humanitarian Award by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Sonu Sood was lauded by each and everyone for his contribution and spreading positivity during his pandemic times. After sending lakhs of migrants home, Sonu Sood helped the people who are in need. He received lakhs of requests but he could not acknowledge all the requests. He provided free education and medical facilities for the young children and also created free employment opportunities for the needy in this COVID-19 season. Sonu Sood received the award through a virtual ceremony yesterday. The actor revealed the news. Sonu Sood expressed his happiness over the honour. "It is a rare honour. Getting a recognition from UN is so special" told Sonu Sood.
