Keerthy Suresh's Penguin Crisp Review:- National award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh pinned all her hopes on her next film titled Penguin. The movie is a crime thriller that is directed by Easwar Karthic. Stone Bench Films, Passion Studios are the producers and the film is made on a decent budget. Penguin is slated for a summer release in theatres but with the recent outbreak of coronavirus, the makers headed for a digital release. Penguin released on Amazon Prime today in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages.
After the trailer cut was impressive, the expectations are huge on the film. But Penguin is a disappointment because of the poorly written and presented the second half. The first half of Penguin will thrill the audience with the chills the film offers. The background score, cinematography work along with Keerthy Suresh's flawless performance are the biggest strengths of the film. Though the film looks technically sound, the second half lacks interesting narration and the climax is predictable. Penguin can be watched once as it is available on a digital platform.
