Producers Guild Takes Crucial Decisions For Tollywood:- Tollywood is hit badly because of coronavirus. All the shoots got stalled and no one is sure when they would resume. The reopening of theatres turned out to be the biggest challenge as it is unclear if the audience watches films in theatres in this coronavirus pandemic. The Producers Guild met recently and had discussions on various issues, challenges that the producers would face in the coming months after the shoots are resumed.

The major discussion happened to be the remunerations of the actors and directors. The Producers Guild proposed a cut of 25% in the remunerations for everyone, right from the actors to the directors and the technicians. Producers Guild is in plans to implement this for all the current, new and upcoming movies. Some other meetings are planned so that the Producers Guild will take some more crucial decisions.
