Kiara Advani is the heroine and Vivek Oberoi is the lead antagonist in Vinaya Vidheya Rama.
A grand pre-release event is planned and the event takes place on December 27th in Yousufguda Police Grounds, Hyderabad. Megastar Chiranjeevi will attend the grand event as special guest for the lavish event. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer and the music album too will be out during the event.
