Sukumar is the director of the film and Samantha played the female lead. Rangasthalam 1985 has been made on a huge budget and the promotional activities kick-started recently. After two small teasers introducing the characters of Charan and Samantha, the makers unveiled the first song from the film.

The first song Yentha Sakkagunnaave from the film has been extremely convincing. Right from the music beat to the lyrics and from the theme to the presentation, everythings look perfect. The foot tapping single is an instant hit and will top the music charts during the coming weeks.
