Two of the Bollywood biggest actors have teamed up with a super successful director and probably the most respected and successful production house to bring us a film of an epic scale for Diwali 2018.

Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan and Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan will work together for the first time in a Yash Raj Films production venture titled 'Thugs of Hindostan'.

Vijay Krishna Acharya aka Victor, who wrote and directed the then industry hit action film 'Dhoom 3', is the man to set this combo. The film's leading lady is yet to be finalized. Here is the official press release from Yash Raj Films

In fact, the script came to Aamir Khan after it was rejected by Hrithik Roshan as he was not happy with his character. Aamir Khan, however, had no qualms with it and he green-lit it. Said to be a period film set around 1860, the film is based on a popular book "Confessions of a Thug". The film will go on floors early next year.
