The fast track director, Puri Jagannath, who is tagged so, for completing the shooting of a film in a short time and releasing a number of films in a year, seems finding tough to keep up that tag currently.
As every director has a team to accompany him, even Puri had a team of 20 to 25 people. They are working with Puri, since long. But the aggressive director, Puri Jagannath found that, they are irresponsible and even warned them, two years ago, to concentrate on the work.
Reacting to the issue, Puri said, “My team has been with me since long, but since few months, they stopped following my instructions and even lost the coordination with one another, in the team. Even after my repeated warnings, none of them stood right and that is the reason, I sacked my complete team, right from the office boy.”
Puri is currently involved in the shooting of Rogue, introducing a new hero to the industry.
When asked whether that movie shooting is going to be obstructed, because of current decision, Puri said, “There would never be any disturbance to my film. I am sure, I will get back to work soon, with a new team.”
Puri had a credit of introducing Chiranjeevi’s son, Ram Charan and also Kannada Raj Kumar’s son. He even introduced his own brother, Sai Ram Shankar as a hero, and offered him a critical success in the form of 143. In the same line, he is now introducing Ishan, the nephew of Kannada producer, CR Manohar.
