First of all, the combination of Telugu and Tamil top stars as a multistarrer itself is a big news to all the cinema lovers and to add much more excitement to the project, the makers are planning to rope Anushka into the film.

It is known that Nagarjuna is performing a cameo in Anushka's 'Size Zero', maybe to compensate, Anushka might have accepted the cameo role in Nag's flick.

According to the reports, Nag is playing the role of a quadriplegic patient, who does not have any sensation in his body and is left on wheel chair itself. Nag, who is known for his experiments took the role as a challenge. On the other side, it was heard that, even Anushka's role is very challenging one though its a guest appearance. So, Sweety seems to be much excited regarding her character in the film. 

A few of the film critics opined that, the reason behind the guest appearance of Anushka is just because of a good rapport of her with Nag, but not regarding the role. However, the fact can be known better after the release of the film.
