Charan scores this time

After much discussion about whether Ram Charan's film Yevadu will keep the audiences hooked due to the postponements, here is some good news. The dubbing rights for Yevadu were sold for a record price of Rs 3.6 crores.

Ganta Srinivasa Rao purchased the Hindi dubbing rights as a third party. He will later sell it to Hindi movie playing channels for a higher price. This news comes after Charan's Nayak grossed a record Rs 3.5 crores for the Hindi dubbing rights.

Charan is not as small as people portray him to be in Bollywood. His popularity is picking up steadily, as even filmmakers have expressed their compliments after watching him in the trailer of Zanjeer.

One of the reasons why Zanjeer and Toofan are not garnering as many eye balls as Attarintiki Daredi or Krrish 3 is that the film is mired in copyright controversy. Javed Akhtar is steadfast over his decision to create trouble for Zanjeer's release unless the legal issue is cleared. He has questioned the filmmakers' arrogance over their confirmed release date.

Charan's effort for Yevadu and Zanjeer will not be forgotten.
