South siren Nayantara on her second innings seem to hog all the luck along with limelight. And most recently has snatched the opportunity from another glam doll Anushka Shetty for a author backed role in south remake of the Hindi super hit 'Kahaani.'  Vidya Balan was the lead lady in the original version and in south Nayan would don the role.

The south version to be made in Telugu would in all probability dubbed in Tamil, say filmy pundits. And Nayan plays the role of a pregnant woman in search of her missing husband. An in depth character to give ample scope for acting.  

Another great news is that this film would be made by noted Telugu director Shekhar Kammula. He was the man behind the successful film 'Happy days (Inidhu Inidhu in Tamil). And this is the first time that the filmmaker embarks on a dubbing story as he is known for his natural creativity. He was so much impressed by the story that he started on the project. The grapevine is abuzz that he had approached, Nayan on the dates and she has agreed.

Nayan after parting ways in her dream affair with actor turned director Prabhu Deva seems to have scaled peaks, after a temporary break-off.
