This is a festive season for the entire Telugu Cinema. It has been 80 years, that there was a first Talkie Cinema ‘Bhakta Prahallada’ has been made and released in Telugu. Since then till date there has been n number of changes and up gradations in terms of technology, acting and storytelling and all the other aspects of film making. But, the first talkie film is always a mile stone. On the eve of ‘Bhakta Prahallada’ completing its 80 years of release on September 15th, this year, the members of MAA (Movie Artists Association) have announced that from this year, every year September 15th will be celebrated as ‘The Day When Cinema was Born’.

In this regard, the flag that represents the pride of Telugu Cinema will be hosted on this day, at the Film Chambers office.

So, it is known that MAA will be doing some cultural events and award functions every now and then, along with them the other day has also joined in the list and it is time for more celebrations.
